you seem to have great success in finding these cars and trucks. What do you search for in craigslist? Do you just browse all the cars until you find these?

Because those repairs wouldn't show?

I have seen a lot of cars for sale with fresh paint jobs and notes that they have floor or trunk rot. Guys will spend time/money where it shows, and let the invisible stuff go.

I'm the opposite. I start with the floors & structural stuff, and the rust/dents in the body come last.

I'm with you. I don't see the point of shaving the door handles if the frame might snap on you.
